What Is Helpful Before Reaching Out

MRI or Imaging Reports

If available, imaging can help us better understand your history, structural condition, and previous diagnoses before discussing potential next steps.

Pain History

A brief summary of your symptoms, duration, and previous treatment experiences (including what has or hasn't worked) is often highly helpful.

Recovery Goals

Understanding what you hope to improve—whether it's returning to a specific activity or simply sleeping without discomfort—helps us determine if our approach is appropriate.

Common Inquiries

Can you guarantee recovery?
No medical or recovery practice can guarantee a cure. Our approach focuses on supporting the body's natural recovery processes, reducing discomfort, and improving mobility. We review each case thoroughly to determine if we believe we can offer meaningful support before proceeding.
How many sessions do people typically receive?
The duration of care is highly individual and depends entirely on the chronicity of the condition, your body's response, and the specific nature of the pain. We discuss anticipated timelines privately after a thorough review of your history.
Do I need an MRI before contacting you?
While not strictly mandatory for an initial inquiry, recent MRI or imaging reports are highly recommended, especially for conditions like herniated discs or severe sciatica. They provide crucial structural context that helps us evaluate your situation accurately.
Can chronic pain improve without surgery?
Many individuals experience significant relief and functional improvement through conservative, non-surgical approaches. Our family acupuncture practice focuses entirely on these non-invasive methods. However, severe cases may still require surgical intervention, which is why a careful initial review is necessary.
How do you evaluate whether someone is a suitable candidate?
We look at the complete picture: the specific diagnosis, duration of pain, previous treatments, imaging results, and the individual's overall vitality. If we feel our methods align with your condition and goals, we will advise accordingly. If we believe another route is safer or more effective, we will say so.
Do international guests travel specifically for treatment?
Yes, we frequently welcome guests from abroad. However, we strongly advise against making any travel arrangements until we have thoroughly reviewed your case remotely and confirmed that traveling to our practice is a sensible option for your specific situation.
Can I discuss my case before making travel plans?
Absolutely. This is a mandatory step in our process. We require a comprehensive remote review of your history and available imaging before any travel discussions take place.
Can you review my MRI remotely?
Yes. You can share your MRI reports and digital imaging files securely with us. Our team will review them as part of the initial private inquiry to provide informed guidance.

Our Philosophy

We do not promise outcomes.

We do not claim to cure every condition.

We do not encourage travel before reviewing a case.

Our role is to offer thoughtful guidance based on generations of experience, your personal history, and the information available to us. Honesty precedes any form of care.

Still Unsure?

If you would like us to review your history before making any decisions, you are welcome to submit a private inquiry.
